The year 2020 with pandemic was a difficult one for many of us. But it also made me realize that darkness is always bad. After all, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
So my journey to the body was very difficult. I used to train and train hard, until 2018. Then, I lost weight and stopped exercising.
Later, I had some personal problems. Depression and anxiety made me lose weight fast. I got to the point where I didn’t even know my weight was out of control. Health problems also arose.
It was about time my sister came home from vacation when I came out of the darkness. He gave me a lot of encouragement and urged me to move. So, in March 2020, when the world entered the lockdown sector, I resumed my exercise routine and lost weight, with the help of my supportive family.
My breakfast: Poha / vermicelli or vegetable sandwich, milk and fruit, some time later.
My lunch: A bowl of old and subzi with 2 chapati. She also said that she makes sure that she have a bowl of curd.
My dinner: She said that she finishes her dinner before 7 p.m. It is usually a large bowl of dal / slightly tossed paneer / dal chilla / oats with salad and dahi.
Pre-workout meal: Just water
Post-workout meal: None
I indulge (What you eat on your cheating days): I don’t give up anything but I believe in the law of moderation. When I have something heavy, I usually add some of my lunch for it.
Low calorie recipes I swear: Cook saute paneer in low fat with your choice of vegetables in a bowl. Add black pepper, salt, honey and mixed herbs. When you have it! A beautiful and healthy bowl of beauty!
So because of the epidemic, I didn’t go out much. However, I was able to lose weight quickly by regularly walking and doing certain exercises at home, such as cardio. I diverted all my attention to staying fit and healthy and I enjoyed my exercise again. In the first two months, I was able to lose 50 pounds!

Quitting sugar altogether works wonders for your health. You start to notice the difference from the very first weeks. And for those who say it’s hard, it’s not! Getting used to it is very easy!
She also said that she kept a record of my weight and measurements. She have a habit of keeping a weight diary in which she enters her weight details and measurements weekly. Keeping small goals helps her to be more consistent and motivated.

One has to look for one goal to transform and improve the body. If you fight and believe in yourself, everything will happen.
First, I stopped giving up sugar. Second, I made sure I made a time table and followed it religiously. I must thank my family for all the help they have given. They hold my hand all the way.
Now when I look back, I realize that the stress was too much for me to handle.
Personally, strength has made a huge difference. I’m out strong now. There were days when I was always quiet and did not talk to anyone, and now, I am a happy, confident person. All my friends and family are amazed to see me now!
There are a lot of factors that bring you down. I was already going through a bad phase of my life, but the difficulty of gaining weight was very strong. I lost confidence in myself, I felt tired and I lost weight easily. In fact, I felt that my body was no longer strong enough. If I had not found support myself, I would have quit.
