02/5 Cauliflower of Lime and Chilli

Ingredients are needed- 1 whole cauliflower, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp peri peri powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp olive oil, 4-6 lemon wedges and salt according to each taste.

How-

• First, heat the oven at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.

• Chop the cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl.

• Add lemon juice, red chilli powder, peri peri powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and olive oil.

• Mix well to cover florets in spices.

• Place the florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are creamy and brown.

• Sprinkle with chopped lemon wedges and serve.

03/5 Cheese Blessed Cauliflower

Ingredients need- whole cauliflower, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup grated cheese and salt as per taste.

How-

• Chop the cauliflower into small florets and place in a bowl.

• Now add salt, black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and coat everything well.

• Place the covered florets on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees C.

• Now remove the tray and add the grated cheese to the florets. Spread the cheese well to cover all the florets.

• Bake for another 10 minutes at 250 C or until the cheese is completely melted.

04 / 5Masala Cauliflower

Ingredients are needed – 1 whole cauliflower, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp dry mango powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 4 tbsp oil and salt as per taste.

How-

• First heat the oven at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.

• Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into small flowers and collect them in a bowl.

• Add turmeric, coriander powder, dried mango powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well to cover the florets well.

• Wrap a baking tray in parchment paper and spread the florets on it.

• Finally, grease and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.

• Your masala cauliflower is now ready for serving.

Ingredients need 1 whole cauliflower, ½ cup cup flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp hot sauce, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste.

How-

• First heat the oven at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.

• In the meantime, grab a bowl. Add the flour, corn flour, cumin powder, garlic powder, red flour, black flour and salt. Add water in batches and make a slurry.

• Now cut cauliflower into flowers and soak each float eslery.

• Place the worn florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.

• Now combine melted butter with hot sauce and add light florets to the sauce.
