This Sunday, people around the world celebrate the eternal relationship between them and their father as it is Father’s Day 2021 and in honor of the father’s shared responsibility with his “hero”, Bollywood actress Tisca Chopra gave fans her idea to meditate on a Yoga Session with her father. Taking his social media handle, Diva shared a video that gave fans the opportunity to practice in such a difficult way but to train with her dad early in the morning. Bent on each Yoga mat, both were seen playing Balasana or the child poses as the video opens.
This was followed by Setu Bandha Sarvangasana or a bridge where they noticed each other before moving on to Bhujangasana or the cobra area where Tisca was seen adjusting her posture according to her father. They ended their session by sitting on opposite legs of the Padmasana or lotus pose.
